1. Access to Wi-Fi:

The Mariden Resort Wi-Fi service is provided as a service.

Your access to the Wi-Fi service is entirely at the discretion of Mariden Resort.

Mariden Resort reserves the right to block, suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of this agreement, actions that may lead to liability for Mariden Resort, disruption of access to other users or networks, or violation of applicable laws or regulations.

You must accept this agreement each time you use the Wi-Fi service, and it is your responsibility to review it for any changes.

2. Acceptable Use of the Service:

Your use of the Wi-Fi service and any online activities conducted through it shall not violate any applicable law or regulation or infringe upon the rights of Mariden Resort or any third party.

Mariden Resort cannot accept responsibility for any injury or loss resulting from inaccurate, unsuitable, offensive, or illegal internet communications.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

The Wi-Fi service may not be uninterrupted or error-free.

Viruses or other harmful applications may be available through the service.

Mariden Resort does not guarantee the security of the service, and unauthorized third parties may access your computer or files or otherwise monitor your connection.

Mariden Resort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, income, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Wi-Fi service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to use the Wi-Fi service at your own risk and Mariden Resort disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Prohibited Activities:

The use of the Wi-Fi service for the following activities is strictly prohibited:

• Spamming and invasion of privacy of others
• Violating intellectual property law
• Transmitting obscene or indecent speech or materials
• Transmitting defamatory or abusive language
• Hacking or distributing internet viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other destructive activities.

5. Network Security and Traffic Filtering:

Mariden Resort employs network security measures including firewalls and content filtering systems (such as Pi-hole and similar technologies) to protect the network, maintain performance, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Certain websites, services, domains, or types of network traffic may be blocked or filtered at our sole discretion. This may include but is not limited to malicious websites, advertising networks, tracking services, and content deemed inappropriate or harmful.

Mariden Resort reserves the right to monitor, manage, and control network traffic without prior notice. You acknowledge and accept that some services or websites may be unavailable due to these security measures.

6. Data Usage Limits:

• ₱5 Voucher: 5GB data limit, 3 hours duration, 15 Mbps speed limit
• ₱10 Voucher: 20GB data limit, 7 hours duration, 30 Mbps speed limit
• ₱15 Voucher: 40GB data limit, 12 hours duration, 50 Mbps speed limit
• ₱20 Voucher: Unlimited data, 24 hours duration, Maximum speed
• Check-in Guests: Free access with applicable limits

Please be aware of your data usage and manage it accordingly.

7. Additional Data Allocation:

Guests who require additional data or extended access may purchase vouchers at the resort's front desk. Prices and packages are as listed above and subject to change without prior notice.
